Software projects

Below are some of the software projects that I regularly contribute to:

  • Bilby is a Python bayesian inference library that provides a unified interface to a range of stochastic sampling packages and specific functionality for gravitational-wave astronomy.
  • GWPopulation is a hardware-agnostic population inference package that supports multiple numpy-like backends.
  • GWMemory calculates the gravitational-wave memory for arbitrary signals.
  • cached_interpolate provides efficient evaluation of spline interpolants with fixed node locations and evaluation points.
  • bilby_pipe provides a standardised method for performing Bayesian inference with gravitational-wave transients.
  • bilby-cython optimized functionality for Bilby.
